Don Lundgren: As the founder
& CEO, Mr. Lundgren is the visionary behind the creation of Lundgren Associates.
In a career spanning 34 years, Mr. Lundgren's success at guiding early stage
"Dirt Road" companies onto the "Paved Highway" is well
documented. In his role as the CFO for Docent, Inc., Mr. Lundgren was directly
involved in raising over $50 million in venture capital. He managed Docent's
$100 million initial public offering making it one of the industries most
successful during the third quarter of 2000 in what can be described as one of
the most hostile IPO environments in the software technology sector in many
years. Mr. Lundgren also managed the highly successful initial public offering
of Frame Technology Corporation. Prior to Docent, Mr. Lundgren served as the
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kairos Software, Inc. He has also served
as the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Pumpkin Software, Net Labs, NetManage,
Frame Technology, and EDA Systems. He
served as the Chief Financial Officer and CEO of McCue Systems. He has also
consulted for Network General Corporation, helping them with their IPO and
Kaleida Labs, a joint venture between Apple and IBM. During his extraordinary
Silicon Valley career, Mr. Lundgren has forged relationships and professional
affiliations with some of Silicon Valley's most admired and respected authors,
teachers, business leaders, and professional athletes. Before his Silicon
Valley career, Mr. Lundgren worked for IBM for 15 years. He held positions in
Sales, Marketing and Finance. He worked in both the U.S. and in Europe. He
worked at the Branch level, at the Group Level and at the Division level. He
was recognized as the highest potential sales rep in this Branch office. He won
an IBM Outstanding Contribution Award for his work at IBM Europe headquarters
in Paris (the highest award in the company) and was the top Pricing Manager in
the company. Mr. Lundgren holds BS in Electrical Engineering from the Rose
Hulman Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Indiana University.

Matthew Oates: With more than 14
years of sales, marketing, management, and business development experience, Mr.
Oates is a recognized expert in his field. He currently is working as VP of
Sales for Cordicom as part of the consulting firm he founded, Ronin Group.
Before founding Ronin Venture Group, Mr. Oates served as Vice President of
Sales & Marketing for Outcome, an XML applications infrastructure company
backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Prior to this, Mr. Oates served as Vice
President of Business Development and Channels for Docent, Inc. building their
channel organization from the ground up to $9M in revenue, 25 alliances and 20
personnel within 9 months. Prior to Docent, Mr. Oates held various consulting
and management positions with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Synetics
Corporation. Prior to his business career, Mr. Oates served as a Captain in the
United States Maine Corps directing two production sections of the San Diego
Data Processing Center. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from
the University of Florida and completed his Officer’s Leadership Training at
the United States Marine Corp Basic School in Quantico, Virginia.

Steven Feinberg,
PhD: For over 30 years, Dr. Feinberg has applied the study of human
behavior to performance efficacy. He is

others would never thinking of looking.
For the past 20 years he has been advising senior executives on key

Jeff Brugos: During his 34-year career, Mr. Brugos has
established an exceptional record as a Senior-Level Executive building and
growing successful consulting businesses. As a 27-year veteran and Senior
Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Mr. Brugos has an extensive
background in both starting up and running highly successful consulting
practices. He is a recognized expert in creating consulting practices,
methodologies, and infrastructure. In addition to his distinguished career with
PwC, Mr. Brugos served in various management positions including startup Arcata
Communication, Raychem, Commerce One and i2 Technologies. Mr. Brugos has eight
years of experience in either working for or consulting with startups and small
enterprises. He obtained his Master of Science in Industrial Administration
graduating Magna Cum Laude from Purdue University and is a Krannert Scholar. He

Marty
Hollander: Over his 22 year high tech marketing career, Mr. Hollander
has delivered creative solutions to marketing, sales and business development
challenges that face developing technology companies. These initiatives have
included acquisitions, strategic partnerships, rebranding and launching
products, creating new distribution channels and building highly productive
sales teams. His executive level roles have enabled him to contribute to the
overall direction of each company, and provide an innate understanding of the
challenges the CEO faces in taking strategy to execution. Mr. Hollander has
served as vice president for Latitude Communications, ProactiveNet, IntelliCorp,
and Storm Technology. His career includes founding two companies and early in
his career, he worked at SGI. He graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar from
Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business (MBA).
